If you don't remember the password for your MuseScore account, you need to go to the 'Profile' tab in the app and tap the 'Login' button, select the 'Continue with email' option, and press 'Forgot password'. You will receive a message from us to your mailbox. Click it and update the PW.
If you do not receive a password reset letter, your email address was not confirmed. You need to find an activation email in your mailbox or contact us for help.
If you remember your password and want to update it to a more simple or complicated one, you will have to do it through the website.
- Firstly you need to log into your MuseScore account on the website;
- Then click the account menu on the upper right of your screen;
- Select 'Settings' -> 'Account';
- Enter a new password in the 'Password' field. Please do not forget to save edits.
