How do I get a refund for a subscription?

Our refund policy can be found in our Terms of Service.

How to get a refund for your subscription payment:

  • For subscriptions started via Google Play, you should send your refund request directly to them. Please, bear in mind that refunds should be requested within the first 48 hours since the payment went through.

  • In case you got charged by iTunes, we can`t manage your subscription. All payments in iOS are handled by Apple iTunes, you should directly send your refund request to Apple Support.

  • If you're willing to request a refund for the website subscription, please submit Refund request form. After filling out the form, you will receive an offer via email regarding a refund. It should arrive within about 1-4 hours. Please also check your spam folder. If you haven't received the offer in 4 hours, please contact our support team at [email protected].
