If your card has expired or it is impossible to pay through this card you can change it.
Here is a short instruction on how to edit payment details:
1. Open a profile menu (a round icon in the upper right corner of the header);
2. Click Settings --> Subscription;
3. Click 'Edit payment details and update the information.
Don’t forget to save the changes!
If your payment details are updated but you still cannot subscribe, please contact your bank and inform them that the transaction is preauthorized.
If the auto-renew of your subscription is canceled, please re-subscribe once again when the current billing period ends.
Please note that we are unable to change the payment method for PayPal. However, you can cancel the auto-renewal of your current subscription and, once it ends, subscribe to a new subscription using your preferred payment method.
NOTE: You can't change the payment method for your Google/Apple subscription at the MuseScore.com website.
