I subscribed through the MuseScore.com website:
1) Go to Account Settings or click your profile icon located at the upper right of the MuseScore website
2) Choose 'Settings' in the dropdown.
3) Open the 'Subscription' section, click 'Manage my benefits' or 'Cancel contracts here,' and confirm the termination of auto-renewal by clicking the 'Cancel my auto-renew' button at the bottom of the page.
If your subscription isn't canceled before its expiration date, it will auto-renew.
Please note: you cannot cancel a subscription while your MuseScore account is being set up. You need to wait about an hour until your account is ready.
I subscribed through the MuseScore mobile app:
iOS: You can cancel from your iTunes account. Please follow these steps provided by Apple Support.
Android: You can cancel from your Google Play account. Please follow these steps provided by Google Support.
All payments are handled by Apple and Google, so any refund requests should be sent directly to Apple or Google Support.
